Bad Things: a) Reception people told that break timings are 8 to 10 am and will be served in room. However got a call at 9 am to ask if breakfast can be given. We told to give breakfast at 10 am. The person said breakfast will not be served after 9:30 am. There should be proper communication (they are themselves not consistent with each other). b) One day before leaving, I requested that the breakfast to be given at 8 am as I had to leave the hotel in the morning. However, the breakfast was not prepared by 8 am and they said it will take half hour more. While leaving the hotel, I told receptionist that stay was good but service can be improved (including the request I made for breakfast one day before). The receptionist did not take it in the right spirit and rudely asked us to sit and arranged breakfast for us. Breakfast is not important but receptionist talking rudely is not acceptable. c) Some of the staff do not talk well and can be rude at times. Mannerism should be improved. Good things: a) Rooms are clean. b) Location is good. c) Complimentary breakfast served in room. d) Easy check in.

I would recommend this hotel for families . 1.) Hotel staff is very very nice and co-operative. 2.) Beach is just at walkable distance. 3.) Rooms were very clean. 4.) restaurants were nearby and they had facility to provide food at room itself with minimal extra charge. 5.) for kids they had small play area which is really sufficient . kids within age of 6 for sure can enjoy. 6.) I stayed here in December 2019 and i liked the place. Proper security was their for vehicles too. 7.) I liked their breakfast. It was very tasty. 6.)

Excellent location....two minutes walk to beach, excellent hospitality.... staff is at ur service 24/7, clean bathrooms n clean rooms. Cant forget the amazing experience. Best is play area for kids with soft flooring.

The hotel room is neat and clean. Morning breakfast is worst and no much choice. Served in small table like road side hotel. No restaurant and cook for dinner. You need to walk outside for food. Hotel is inside and you cannot catch any auto. Not worth for money what they charged.

Myself and my wife stayed in this Hotel from 11.3.2019 to 13.3.2019. We really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. People at the Reception were very cooperative,helpful and customer friendly. Owner Mr Ankit personally helped us a lot in fixing the cab for local sight seeing and guided us very nicely about local sight seeing.He was very nice and helpful.They were not rigid in Check out timings.Room was neat and clean. Reception staff -Very well behaved,very cooperative and helpful. Room cleaning - Very good. Location - Centrally located.Alibaug Beach is walkable from the Hotel. Complimentary Breakfast: Very good. Room Service: Good Over all Rating: Very good. I will recommend to my friends and relatives for stay in this Hotel.
